What is it?

You know when you are trying to conceive and at first it’s sad when you don’t become pregnant? And then when it becomes a monthly thing, you start to become a little more anxious and stressed. And then before you know it, it’s all you can think about. It’s there when your family members or friends get pregnant and it leaves you heartbroken. And then it leaves you feeling guilty because you should be happy for them, right? Then you stop going out, just in case you are pregnant and you don’t want to risk it. You stop going on holiday just in case this is the year. You struggle at work because who wants to focus on a boring spreadsheet or someone else’s problem when you just got your period yet again!

Well there is a way in which I can help you to handle this overwhelm and take back control of your life and your fertility journey. This is where the Freedom Fertility Formula comes in.

In 7 basic sessions (with optional additional sessions for IVF treatment) you learn how to stop letting fertility control you – all the while keeping a safe space for the desire to have that baby.
